Account Manager
Role Overview:
The Account Manager plays a key role in building fostering and protecting delightful and productive relationships with our clients and our internal teams. In this position, strategic alignment between client objectives and agency performance is priority one. This role balances customer satisfaction, project success, and long-term growth, driving both tactical execution and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive communication and thorough understanding of their business goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to define objectives, ensuring all project and campaign initiatives align with their broader goals. Proactively anticipate needs and challenges.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, and strategy) to guarantee seamless project delivery that meets client expectations on quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project KPIs, providing clients with data-driven insights and regular performance updates to refine strategies and maximize results.
- Quality Assurance: Proactively help to ensure that all deliverables and client/partner communications meet the highest quality standards and are evidence of our culture of excellence and attention to detail.
- Growth & Upselling Opportunities: Identify areas to expand services and add value, positioning the agency as a long-term partner in achieving client success.
- Crisis Management: Quickly address and resolve issues, ensuring transparency and maintaining client confidence during challenging situations.
- Contract Negotiation: Support in the renewal and negotiation of contracts, aligning terms with evolving client needs and agency capabilities.
Requirements:
- Strong background in client-facing roles, ideally in agency settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas and foster client trust.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing long-term strategic thinking with immediate needs.
- Analytical mindset, with comfort in presenting data and insights.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign development.
