Role Overview:
We are looking for a Multidisciplinary Content Creator who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. This isn’t just a role—it’s a chance to be the driving force behind the creative process, from ideation to execution. You’ll research, write and edit content that captivates audiences and drives action. You’ll collaborate across teams but will have the autonomy to take creative risks and execute your vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Storytelling & Conceptualization: Research and develop compelling narratives that align with client objectives and resonate with diverse audiences, particularly in the Hispanic market and climate change advocacy.
- Content Production: Lead the end-to-end production of creative content—whether it’s video, animation, social media assets, editorial pieces, or digital experiences. From scripting to shooting, editing, and post-production, you’ll handle it all.
- Multimedia Expertise: Execute on multimedia projects including video shoots, photography, motion graphics, and sound design to produce cohesive, polished content.
- Brand Strategy Integration: Collaborate with strategists to ensure content is not only creative but aligned with brand goals, user personas, and audience insights.
- Platform Agility: Tailor content for different platforms, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), websites, email campaigns, and interactive digital experiences.
- Innovative Execution: Stay ahead of trends and introduce innovative ideas that push the boundaries of content creation in the realms of non-traditional activations, installations, and experiential marketing.

- A Creator’s Mindset: You live to create. You see stories everywhere and are passionate about bringing them to life across various media formats. You don’t wait for instructions—you take initiative.
- Full Stack Creative Skills: Expertise across the content creation spectrum—copywriting, storyboarding, graphic design, video production, motion graphics, animation, photography, and post-production.
- Technical Prowess: Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Familiarity with camera gear, lighting, and sound is a plus.
- Digital and Social Fluency: Strong understanding of digital platforms and trends, with a proven ability to create engaging content that resonates across channels.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Deep appreciation and understanding of Hispanic culture, with a passion for creating culturally relevant content. Experience in climate advocacy or purpose-driven campaigns is a bonus.
