As part of the Espacio team, you'll work alongside talented content creators, strategists, and producers to bring meaningful projects to life, focusing on big picture issues and causes (i.e. climate change, sensible gun laws, equality, health rights, etc) as well as multicultural marketing with a focus on the Latino community for brands, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, resourceful, organized, curious, confident and highly collaborative junior designer to join our creative team, with a primary focus on social media content. Are you disciplined, design-obsessed and inventive enough to produce the thoughtful and innovative work that our clients expect from ESPACIO? Are you a proactive, fast learner and like to "figure things out" to solve design problems? Can you produce great work within the constraints of larger brand ecosystems, limited budgets, and tight deadlines? Are you developing other creative skills that set you apart and help you adapt to the constant changes in our industry? If so, we want you. You will be responsible for designing beautiful, strategy-centered and results-driven deliverables that leave our clients coming back for more, with special emphasis on social media content and digital visual elements.
